Educational Qualifications (Mandatory)
B.E./B. Tech./ MCA with not less than 60% marks from recognised Institute/ University or Graduate with experience in SAP Finance and SAP HR modules.
SAP certifications (HANA, Fiori, UI5, or relevant modules) will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP ERP implementation and maintenance, ensuring smooth operations across modules.
Manage SAP HANA database administration, process orchestration, and development of interactive dashboards.
Perform system enhancements and version upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity.
Configure and support SAP UI5 applications, including the development and redevelopment of Web Dynpro applications and Fiori apps on the SAP HANA platform.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and provide support during IT/ERP system audits.
Collaborate with functional teams to design, test, and deploy custom solutions.
Apply basic ABAP coding skills for troubleshooting, enhancements, and supporting respective SAP modules.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP modules and integration with HANA.
Hands-on experience in SAP UI5, Web Dynpro, and Fiori app development.
Familiarity with process orchestration, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Understanding of system audits, statutory compliance, and IT governance.
Basic proficiency in ABAP programming.
Problem-solving attitude with ability to work independently and in teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
